Floral Pounding Workshop at Good Enough Farm
Discover the beauty of nature through art in this hands-on fabric dyeing workshop using the technique of floral pounding. This workshop invites guests to explore the vibrant colors hidden within flowers by gently hammering them into fabric to create stunning, botanical prints. We’ll complete our master pieces with basic embroidery stitching.
You’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind textile piece (perfect as a wall hanging, tea towel, or frameable art) and a new appreciation for the natural pigments found in plants. All materials will be provided, along with a variety of flowers grown locally, no experience is necessary.
Refunds: We require a minimum 10 day notice for all refunds. All materials are purchased in advance of the craft based on the number of sign ups which means we are unable to provide a refund with less than 10 days notice. If you’re unable to join us, but have someone who wants to take your place, please email meg@nhcraftclub.comto let us know who will be joining us instead.
